Angles 90 grips are one of those products that just makes sense to have; they provide immense training versatility, can easily be tossed in your gym bag, and can save your elbows and shoulders some unnecessary wear and tear.

I’ve been impressed with their build quality and don’t have any concerns about them holding up to heavy usage (each strap is rated up to 400 lbs).

Think of them like a Swiss Army knife: they are small yet deceptively versatile. They’re brilliant for nearly any type of pulling-based exercise, allowing your shoulders, forearms, and wrists to move freely throughout your exercise rather than maintaining a fixed position.

My Angles 90 grips are most often found hanging from my pull-up bar within my garage.

I picked mine up after dealing with a right elbow and shoulder issue I was experiencing during my chin-ups and pull-ups. By having handles that freely rotate during these exercises, my shoulder and elbow can move in ways that are more tolerable to my joints.

Angles 90 makes additional equipment, though, at this time, I haven’t used any of it. But, in terms of the handles, I can absolutely vouch for them as being a must-have piece of training equipment for anyone who needs

Using the Angles 90 grips on my barbell always feels good, though I don’t use them as often on my barbell as I do on my pull-up bar.

My right shoulder and right elbow always thank me when I perform my pull-ups or chin-ups using the Angles 90 grips!
